I roll my own cigarettes, and all I have is stale crap that has been sitting around for quite some time, it seems as if the tobacco has no nicotine in it, because smoking this crap isn't doing a thing for me.

I tried googling it but to no avail all I found is anti tobacco agenda bullshi*t, and basic information about the health effects of tobacco and nicotine.

I'm kinda hoping it does, because that'd make quitting all the more easier for me.
Jane while I appreciate your humor and advice, your answer hold little relevance to my question.

Also be aware of the fact that I've been smoking for +10 years and simply stopping cold turkey is absolutely terrible, I've weened myself down to about 8 cigarettes a day from ~30.

Your advice could potentially send me into psychosis as withdrawal from nicotine can have serious impacts on people with bipolar.

Next time you wish to answer a question please set your bias aside and try to not make an as*s of yourself.

only if flush down the toilet will it go down in nicotine content

The nicotine content really isn't affected by age. Being one that cellars tobacco I can tell you that I've got some 14 year old stuff that will make your head spin.
