Does T-mobile charge to upgrade to premium content ?

I got this message when looking for a ringtone. It says if I wanna upgrade? are the gonna charge me for it if I click yes?
This premiem content is only available for tmoblile wb subcribers. Would you like to upgrade? am I gonna get charge if I click yes? or is this free?

more than likely anything with the word premium means there is a price to pay. why not do a search for free ringtones you should find quite a few.
