Does T-Mobile offer ulimited mobile to mobile?

Getting a T-mobile Monthly4G plan. I want to know if they offer standard unlimited T-mobile to T-mobile talking time or not and for those who don't know what I mean, for example if I call someone with a T-mobile phone will my call be free because they also have T-mobile or will it use minutes as if it were a regular call?

i dont know if t-mobile do, but orange do if you are under 24.

(fyi orange and t-mobile are both owned by EE now so they are essentially the same)
