Does the apple store charge you for unlocking an itouch that you forgot its passcode?

I forgot my passcode and my friend suggested to go to the apple store to get it unlocked, do they charge? How much? And what time is it open?please give me info.
 
Have you plugged in the iTouch in to your computer and open iTunes, That usually unlocks the device.
 
Some do and some dont. Why dont you just restore it on itunes. Put it in restore mode. If you dont know how look it up on youtube and then hook it up to itunes and restore
 
Some Will and some wont. I would suggest calling them and asking them if they would charge.. Worst they will say is yes.. I know where i work we normally dont charge unless your an asshole..
