I know Dish Network has them, but the DIRECTV receiver is so much smaller, and I can't find any component av cable inputs.
I meant outputs.
For example, if you have DIRECTV and a PS3, how can you hook them up to play the PS3 on your TV?

Unless it is an HD receiver, don't expect to find any component video OUTPUTs.

(Same applies to Dish)

INPUTS?
Are you sure you don't mean outputs?
input from what source a dvd player?

There are no inputs on a Directv receiver.

Hate to break it to you but there are no inputs on a Dish Network receiver either.

What you need is a switch. You plug both devices into the switch and then the one output goes to your TV. You have to first figure out the correct name of the AV connection type you are using and then if you google that term, you will find all sorts of switches.

and so on...
