Does the LG Dare have Speech-to-Text feature? If so, How do you use it?

Does the LG Dare have Speech-to-Text feature? If so, How do you use it?
 
I have a LG Dare. It does and to access it you have to go to options/main menu (menu with four dots), tools (tool box), and it should be there; otherwise search further. Also IMO, it is horrible as whenever I say "Call bob" for example, it gets me the wrong guy.
