Does the Motorola Rizr Z3 work with at and t?

I am interested in buying a motorola rizr z3 and I my phone company (Cellular One) was recently bought out by AT and T will it work with AT and T?

if you see a slot for the sim card (located around the battery) it will work. might need to be unlocked, but a phone store can take care of that.
