If you already graduated and left RTC, don't worry about it. This is probably just a scare tactic in pursuit of that "smokeless Navy" they have been trying to get for more than 20 years now. Even if you still have to go back to RTC before you ship out on orders, I seriously doubt they are going to spend the resources to check if people have been smoking cigarettes.
By the way, don't listen to that tough talk from Mrsjvb either. She is a spouse who likes to talk tough and with authority like she is actually in the service.
EDIT: I did the same thing when I graduated boot camp. I bought a pack of cigs as soon as I got to the airport. Now, at 36 years old and dealing with high blood pressure and reduced lung capacity, that is the one pack of cigarettes that I wish I could take back. It might be a good idea to quit now because it will only get harder.
