i need to get my photo re-taken for my license because i guess they thought my old one wasnt clear, so after i passed my roadtest they sent me a letter instead of my license, telling me to come in and take my picture again for no fee and they would give me my license right there and then
my question is,, i have acne now on my face i had a few breakouts and theyre not gone yet, so i was wondering if they can like photoshop it out or edit it so it doesnt show a huge red dot on my face, lol thanks
