Does the newest iPhone out there work with T-Mobile?

I wanna buy an iphone but I have T-Mobile if I unlock it can I use it on T-mobile with internet and texting and everything? And whats the cheapest I can get it in the market without ebay or craigslist

Yes, all iphones, if unlocked, will work on T-Mobile. NONE of them will give you 3G data speeds, however, as iphones do not include the extra radio frequencies that T-Mobile uses for their high-speed data. You will be stuck with the much shower EDGE data, and WiFi.

New, a 3GS 16G model is $600, 32G is $700, This isn't going to vary by much at all. Anything much less is either used/refurbished or a scam.

well you can pay a good amount of money to get it unlocked..
you will not be able to receive pictures or surf the internet..
