does the playstation 3 still offer free blu ray discs?

i was looking and the blu ray offers i saw all expired in jan. so i was wondering from any recent ps3 buyers if the offer is still out there and maybe possibly what discs you can get
 
Not To Sure About That But I Buy The One For $600.00 And I Hope They Give Me About 4 Movies Or Something. They Have The 40 Gb At Wal-mart
For 506.00 Come With A 3games And A Blu Ray Disc Movie. The One For 399.00 Does Not.
