I hear about the reverse diet where you eat your biggest meal of the day at breakfast, a smaller one at lunch, and even smaller at dinner. I know its better to eat more in the morning than at night, but how does this make a difference if you're still eating the same amount of calories?
Also, how big is this huge breakfast supposed to be?
Would a bowl of cereal, an apple and 2 eggs be good?
or
2 eggs, piece of toast, banana
What do people usually eat for a big healthy breakfast?
