I'm looking for a new phone and i'm very interested in buying a samsung behold online. do i need the data plan for the phone to function with my family plan. (unlimited texting and 1800 minutes) all i want is my phone to be able to text IM call use camera and play music. maybe email if it works. but NO internet.
