I was looking for a phone on amazon and found this really cute Hello Kitty phone.It didn't say anything about a data plan when i looked at the details but it said something about a Hotmail browser.Would it cost extra to have the hotmail thing? and does it absolutely require it for the phone to work? I got Verizon by the way.
