breakfast ... weetibix , ... lunch soup 200 calories and 1 slice brown bread 50 cals, dinner vegetable curry 400 cals 2 x brown bread , one kit kat 100 cals , supper.. bowl of rice crispies .. drink water throughout day .. altogether in a day bout 1230 cals
