Does this sound like a healthy menu i ate today?

I am 15, 120lbs and 5'8
-For breakfast i had a banana and a grapefruit
-Lunch i had a salad that had lettuce, onions, tomatos, cucumber, feta cheese, and greek dressing
-Snack i had pretzel sticks dipped in maple syrp
-dinner i had tomato rice soup with a pice of toast with cheese ontop

good? i also went xc skiing for 45mins after school
