Does Verizon wireless in Houston Texas charge you if you call a house phone in...

and if i call a Los Angeles California house phone
will it be considered long distance ???

No, if you have verizon you can call any number in the united states, you dont pay long distance unless you are calling out of the country.
 
If you have Verizon Wireless, I am almost certain that the term 'Long Distance' does not apply.

I am almost positive of that. Yes, it is Verizon Mobile and Verizon Home... and the 'Phone Company' does have a hidden fee for everything...

... but I would say No.

There should be no Long Distance charge for a call placed from the Cell Phone. Just as long as it is in the US, and you are not Roaming.

Now -roaming- is a strange thing.
