Does Vivaz Pro support Symbian Belle?

I have a vivaz pro phone running Symbian OS 9.4, and I want to know if I can upgrade it on Symbian Belle or Anna.
 
no. Anna and belle are updates for symbian^3 devices only (n8, x7, c7, c6-01, e6, e7, 500, 603, 700, 701, 808)
