I'm 126 pounds, 5'4 and age 14. I want go from a size 6 to a size 2.
I've already changed my diet but will Zumba every day work? I know you have to stick with it, etc.
But does it work? I really want to see if the Total Transformation Zumba DVD will work.
Any stories/advice?
