Doesn't Directv have a monopoly on NFL games? I though that was illegal in U.S.?

sure, you might get some games on other networks, but in order to get all games you have to have nfl sunday ticket, which is only sold through directv and directv has a contract with nfl to be the only provider. it depends a lot on the team too. winning teams with a long history and good ratings are more likely to be shown on other networks or in primetime, but say I like to watch the seahawks and live in des moines, I can guarantee you will see few if any games on cbs, fox, espn, nbc or nfl network, thus the only way to get their games in this case is nfl sunday ticket and the only way to get that is with directv. so now do you understand what I mean by monopoly
