...and businesses? I work in a small retail store that allows people to bring in pets as long as they stay in the cart (unless it's a service animal). There's no real reason to show up with a pet. It's just a typical store with typical made-in-China crap. But people are always showing up with their small dogs in tow. What gets to me is how little respect this shows to other people who may be allergic to these animals. There are two cashiers who go into sneezing fits when people go through their lines with dogs. Meanwhile the owners just act insulted that not everyone cares for their pets as much as they do.
