Basically, we hired dog cleaning services to cut hair and bath them.
After one week one of our golden retrievers started licking and scratching herself.
It is summer and flies were coming on her ear , I keep her inside now but if I leave her outside for the day then flies will go on her ear for sure(it is still recovering).
She also has a blood wound/clot on her back that hasn't healed after one week of notice.
About one week ago we took her to vet and he said she has fleas but I don't know if the treatment works.
Should I put vaseline on her ear to repel flies?
Should I put pet-antiseptic powder on her stomach to dry her skin?
Otherwise she is normal physically.
