Dog Testicles?

My friend took her dog to the vet. He isn't nuetered. He pees everywhere. One of his testicles is soft and bigger than the other one. Could this be cancer?
NO DUMB REMARKS. IF YOU REALLY HATE YOURSELF THAT MUCH THEN THAT'S PRETTY SAD. GET A LIFE

well i dont know about a sign of cancer-- but he should be neutered anyways because it COMPLETELY eliminates the possibility of testicular cancer-- so why not help with the overpopulation problem and take care of your dog?

No one will EVER be able to tell you if something is cancerous!!!

The only way is to remove it and send it to a Lab for testing

if it went to vet, what did he tell her? it could be a swollen epidimus or ?? who knows, If that vet didn't help, Id find another asap.

What did the vet say? Did he say it wasn't and so you are asking because you are questioning his diagnosis?
Or does the vet want to neuter him and check the testicles and she is reluctant to do so unless it is life threatening?
Best to follow the vets advice, and if she is really uncomfortable with it, then get a second opinion.
