Doggy chewed DVD?!?!?

Okay well.. my dog decided to have a little nibble at one of the disks from my 90210 box set. Its noticably chewed in a few places. I popped the dvd in my laptop and all was well, until about halfway into the episode it froze. I tried a few more times and it was still the same. I'm so mad, the box set cost me over 30 quid and I don't wanna go and have to buy a new one all over one disk! Is there any way I can repair it or something?
 
There items sold that can repair dvd's and cd's that have scratches or marks on them and they do seem to work. Such as:

If this were Bond or something we may get worried, but 90210? You must be joking!
