I waited tables years ago, and I saw a cook do a REALLY disghusting thing to a customers food because they had the nerve to complain... and that was IN HOUSE, not delivery, so YES theydo! If it is the wrong person cooking or delivering it.. Thats not to say EVERYONE would. but how would you know who was good and who was scum? I wouldnt risk it! I noticed a dude in here answered no, its illegal..LOL. SSOOOO! also tho... i agree. WHAT has this to do with marriage and divorce?

Trust me, i know many people who work in even high class restaurants and have heard tons of stories of what some people do to peoples food when they send it back
