Don't laugh but why do i always squirt out a little pee after taking a pee?

yeah it happens often after i take a piss i then go sit down and when i get up i feel pressure down there then my pe**s(sorry dont know any way of putting it lol) somehow squirts out some leftover pee man it happens all the time this sucks im running out of boxer man and if i tried to force it out the pee standing there it wont come out its playing tricks on me man ive looked on google but i cant find my solution lol

Its normal but can be improved with pelvic floor "PC" exercises and prostrate massage and milking if it bothers you. Essentially your prostate and surrounding muscle and tissue arent as strong as they could be and "leak" a little, PC exercises can strengthen your urinary and sexual functions.
