I personally don't smoke or drink, but I feel that more people die each year from an alcohol or tobacco related situation, like a victim of a drunk driver or someone getting lung cancer from smoking, than they do from marijuana or another drug, yet alcohol and tobacco are legal and marijuana isn't? What do you guys think?
I'm not saying that smoking marijuana is a good thing or that it's healthy, it's just the fact that there is more alcohol related deaths every year and it's legal, while marijuana is illegal and there is far less deaths from it every year... that's what I find confusing.
