Don't you think it's more important socially for a guy to have a cool "smartphone"

than a girl? seems like it's more important for a guy to have a cool cellphone and less important for a girl to have a cool cellphone. I still have a flip phone, but I'm a girl. I think it's worse for a guy to have a flip phone b/c it's all about status and money, which are more guy-oriented important things socially.
What's up with all these bitches on here? I was merely asking a theoretical question, I wasn't sitting here saying I judge people based on their phones, but EVERYONE has a smartphone, so don't sit there and tell me you don't have a smartphone and if anyone here who commented negatively on my question HAS a smartphone, why do you have one? Because of status, no? So don't sit there and be a hypocrite. I was merely asking a question. Relax idiots.

if you base someones status purely on a smartphone then you should be prepared for some let-downs in your future..there are a lot of dirt bags who have nice phones and there are a lot of successful people who have old phones. you should look at the person as a whole before you look at their phone

But seriously i don't think its about status or money or anything. Guys like there toys so they always go after the biggest baddest gadget out. They don't call them fanBOYS for nothin.

I think it's more important for you to have a cool phone.

So go get a job and get one because you'll never find a decent guy without one.

And when you DO get one and meet that special someone.. make sure you ignore him all the time so you can check Y!A and Facebook 24/7 while you're spooning some ice cream in your mouth.
