Considering Bush took more vacation than any president in the ENTIRE U.S. history.... i would say yes. Bush took over 1/8th of his presidency on vacation, and 40% of his presidency he was in a presidential getaway. And considering Bush had 2 wars, impending terrorist attacks, the worst natural disaster in decades, and a plunging economy, im going to say that he needed to spend less time on the stupid ranch in texas while our soldiers died overseas and our economy tanked.
