Down to earth Characters?

I'm looking for movies with down to earth characters. Similar to Alison in Yes Man or even Bella from Twilight. The kind of chicks that are just awesome to hang out with and don't really give a damn about how the world sees them.

And yes, I know Bella isn't one of the best examples but I'm drawing a complete blank here lol

Juno? Cos she doesn't care what people think, even though she's a pregnant teen and has a lot of people looking down on her for it. Hope this helped!
