Downgrading a Toshiba Satellite from Vista to XP?

I have a Toshiba Satellite Model L355D-S7815. I also have a Windows XP Media Center Edition Disc. I want to downgrade this Toshiba to Windows XP. As far as I am concerned, it is an upgrade. Vista is junk.

Toshiba offers no drivers for this, and although I have found them on driver-guide.com whenever I try to install XP it will not allow me to do so.

From the desktop it tells me my version of windows is "newer"

From the botting from the cd I get an error message.Even if I format the Hard Disk


Anyone know the best way to go about this, or is it going to not allow me to do so.
 
You will have to find the drivers you need for xp and I'm guessing your hard drive is a sata drive so your going to have to slipstream the driver with nlite into a custom xp cd. Look up nlite and how to slipstream drivers with nlite.
