Downloading cracked iPhone/iPod touch apps?

I've downloaded cracked apps and installed them into iTunes (Just click and drag) but the image doesn't show up, it's just the default app image.
In the .zip file that i downloaded there is one file that is the app image... but i can't get it to "join" with the app.

Please help.... Thanks
 
Is it still in .zip ?
Have you tried unzipping it first ? you can do that with WinRar (supposing you have a Mac).
