I am trying to download a large .torrent file from my parent's home computer on to my computer in my dorm at my university campus.
I already created the torrent when I was back home, now I just need to DL it here.
The campus doesn't allow .torrent files to be DL'ed through their campus internet to prevent piracy, however, I heard of ways to get around this, like proxy tunneling.
Please let me know of any software to help me with this, even if it will only get me through this one file.

When I attempt a DL, I can't connect to any peers.
