i live in a top floor flat, its really nice only i can smell the cigarette smoke from my neighbour below me in my bedroom and in a corner of my living room. as far as im aware the flats are quite old and i have no idea if the person before me was an avid smoker, but i have cleaned the place from top to bottom. i can smell it coming from the floorboards and wanted advise on how to prevent the smell from continuing (without asking them to stop).
