Dream of my future daughter?

One day as I talked to my boyfriend on the phone, he said he had a dream while he napped. He said in the dream that he saw our honeymoon (btw we've been dating for 3 months, and I'm 16, he's 17. We are engaged.) and then it like fast forward 9 months later and he sees me holding this beautiful baby girl...shes got my well mixed tan skin tone, his deep ocean blue eyes, and his black hair. He even said she had a name. Now, I do believe that dreams have meanings and can tell you about your future and stuff. (NOTHING ABOUT GOD. IM NOT RELIGIOUS) But I'm stuck on this....did my boyfriend have a dream about our first child? Our daughter?..
 
He could have dreamt this because he wants a baby with you, he could have seen a pregnant woman, he could be worried you are pregnant. The possibilities are endless. Dreams are so creative that there really is no way of telling why he had this dream.
 
From a logical point I doubt it. I find that you dream what you think about. He has probably been thinking a lot about getting married and having a child and therefore had a dream about it.
