Dream of terrible explosion? Future warning?

I'm 16, and I'm a guy. I was watching something on Tv yesterday about The Flight That Fought Back/911 story, and I teared up at one part.I take ADHD medicine due to the fact i can't stay awake, this makes me stay alert during school. Anyhow, the dream I had last night involved me and my mom leaving this place where everyone lived out in the middle of nowhere. I guess we we're doing some kind of choirs, and I looked out up and saw the huge city just explode. It was so realistic! I could feel and wind and my ears busted from the sound. My mom was screaming and I started to cry, I then switched on to another dream where I was laying out in my old house's backyard. What do you think caused this dream? It's bothered me all day and this is the first time my dreams were not blurry.

There is no need to worry. What you call a 'clear dream' is actually called a 'lucid dream'. A lucid dream is basically when you walk a door from physical reality into one of pure mental existance. Your thoughts paint a dreamscape and you have full mental faculties as you would if you were awake. Lucid dreams are infrequent, but can happen to anyone. To me, lucid dreams are not only amazing, but so fascinating. To extend your conscious existance and be the creator of your on world, it is just mind blowing. Having scary dreams such as yours may be frightening, but do not worry because many people experience this. If you are worried, talk to your mom. To prevent this at night, eat a light meal and go to bed earlier and get plenty of sleep. Hope I helped.
