dreams .... im scared! help!?

my gramom dies in feburary and i still have scary dreams that were at her funeral and she gets up and walks out and then we cant find her and stuff and i wake up crying!.....i miss her so much!

When my close friend died it was no fun. But you should write in a journal about your grandmother because when you don't talk about her you think about her in your dreams.

y do u always think of her? that is the reason y u always have dreams..
ur memory bank always surfaces the scenes from the funeral,
so u see her in a dream...
dreams are many scenes that are store in our memory bank...
scientifically it is there for future references... and analyzations..nostalgia etc. not to scare us...
another if u always dream, maybe ur health is not in good condition(lack of vit. Bcomplex)....have a phy. check up..

its okay Teresa, you miss her alot. i cry for many years after my loved ones have passed on. its okay, you love her and miss her. the years will pass and you will still miss her, but you will remember all the good times you shared with her. she loves and misses you too and is waiting for you in heaven with other family members. but grandmom is always with you if you keep her in your heart.
