For several years I've been having occasional, recurring dreams with the same theme; the end of the world.
They always seem to involve catastrophes of epic proportions, such as mega-tsunamis/tidal waves and meteorite impacts.
I always experience it in 1st person and im usually with my family.
The dreams are very vivid and always show before, during, and post Apocalypse. I am always a survivor.
I dream almost every night, but I normally have these apocalyptic dreams every couple of months or so.
Im not frightened by these dreams anymore, but they do leave me feeling a bit uneasy.

What do they signify?

Much thanks,
Sarah.

Weird. I asked this exact same question on here yesterday. I didn't get a good answer.

But I am like you.

I dream every night. But I have apocalyptic dreams often. Or dreams where destruction is taking place. Or when it's the aftermath.

I don't truly know what they signify. They started for me when I was about ten years old. I think that mabe something in the world is about to happen, and we are sensitive to it. I'm a christian, and I take my dreams seriously. I've dreamt of some things thats come true. Not saying fire will fall from the sky, such as in my dreams.

But that mabe, we are more sensitive to world around us.
Or another theory I have, is that it's some inner turmoil, manifesting itself through our dreams.

But I don't know about that either. I mean, I was ten when this all started.
What kind of turmoil could I have had?

I'm in the same place you are.

WOW, well I am a dreamer too but not like you. I have to say that you are really blessed and Im not sure or not weather you believe in Jesus but I honestly think you should go and really get into to the christian church find a pastor and get yourself into a church I know that its coming soon and if you are experiencing these dreams then you should study the bible and you will know what to do, god is love and it sounds like you are important in his eyes, try god because he doesn't fail, isn't it better to have lived a life serving god and finding out that there is no god than to have lived a life of sin and finding out in the end when you are on your way to hell that there really was a god?
good luck!
god bless you!
