A friend of mine drinks between 3 and 4 litres of milk each day to increase the size of his muscles. He's really strong, but skinny so it makes him look smaller, so he's drinking lots of milk, 2L at lunch at school and 1L/2L at home. Wont this just make him fat? He says he's gained 9lbs of pure muscle in the last 3 weeks, but it just looks like he's a bit more chubby.
