Droid A855 from Verizon to Metro PCS with full web and picture messaging?

I have a Verizon Droid (A855 model) that I am considering transferring to Metro PCS, but don't want to lose my internet/picture messaging. I know it's possible, but cannot figure out HOW. Metro says they can only do it for call/text, and are unable to open web/pics. A friend of mine has the same phone, flashed to Metro, fully open, but cannot contact the guy who did it for her.
Any solutions?
