Droid X Android Icon?

My brother has a Droid Incredbile and whenever someone calls him who is not in his phonebook a little android pops up. I have a Droid X and whenver someone calls me who is not in my phonebook, a empyt silohuotee appears. How can I change that empty silohuette to the little icon the Droid Incredible has???

you cant, the Droid Incredible is made by HTC and uses HTC Sense UI and the Droid X is made by Motorola and it simply uses motorola's UI even though they both run on Android.

*UI = user interface (just in case)
