Drunk sex on a cruise, was it rape?

I'm only 16, so I realize getting drunk with guys I don't know was really a bad idea. I'm not trying to relieve a guilty concience either, I just need to know. I met this guy on a cruise. We went and drank with some other guys I'd met. Then we went back to his room to drink dome more. I laid down and he laid beside me. He started kissing me, and I let him. Then he kept trying to put his hands in my pants. I kept saying no, I can't, I don't want to. Eventually he just got in. I don't know how, I may have let him. I was a virgin. He eventually got a condom and started having sex with me. He kept pulling my hair and sucking really hard on me to the point where I'd scream in pain. I couldn't fight him off. I was even on my period and had a tampon in. As soon as he was done, he made me leave. I was soo drunk that I couldn't even process what happened. I'm really confused as to what really happened and if it's my fault, I just don't know what to do:/
 
well rape is when you have sex unwillingly so if you didnt want to do it its rape and that sounds like rape.. and the fact you had a tampon in must have been really painfull.. make sure you got it out because its dangerous not to
 
You need to report this to the police immediately. You were assaulted and need to fill out a report and get this scumbag arrested.
 
That was absoloutely NOT your fault. Get that in your head for starters. First of all, was he drunk too? If he wasn't, then yes that was counted as rape if you didn't want to have sex with him as you described. Even if he was drunk, that too would count as rape. Just be glad that he used protection! Think of it as an eye opener - NEVER get drunk on a random cruise with guys/people you don't know ever again. Be careful when you drink next time. I feel sorry for you since you lost your virginity to a twat, but atleast you know now. Know your limits and stay safe. It wasn't your fault, he was just a random drunken, horny idiot. Tell your parents about it. If you don't feel comfortable telling them, tell your friends. I personally think you should tell your parents and get the police involved. That guy should not be able to get away with this. He needs to learn how to control himself, drunk or not.
 
seems like you need to report somethig liek this to the police we got enough scumbags doing stupid crimes and by you not reporting him your only doing him a favor because hes on the loose taking advantage of other people and raping them too probably. you need to gett him in the trap cuz right now hes runnig loose
