So the thing is i have really dry hair and fizzy ...i can't get a decent hair style because of this it always looks bad and too dead 
plus i know nothing about hair so i really need someone to talk me through on how to get it soft and how to take care of it ?
and i like those short to mid hair styles but i can't pull one off becuase i don't know how should i cut my hair , what product to use and how to style it
the kinda hair i want to get is short messy look or spiked , but it always look so dry plus doesn't look good from the sides and/or the back
