DSLR Camera at Warped Tour?

I'm going to Warped Tour at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA this year, and was wondering about bringing my DSLR camera. I've read you can bring professional cameras to this venue, is that true? Also, if I can bring it, any precautions? I'll be staying away from mosh pits and other chaos. But will it be okay to have it around my neck part of the time, or should I keep it out of sight when I can? Thanks.
