paint, best route to go? I have already contacted them, they mailed me some paper work requiring me to get two estimates, I did this and mailed it to them. Now somehow they say they are not liable and will never call me back. Someone told me to ask them who they are bonded and insured through. It's only about $500 dollars damage but at this point it's the principle, does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, i've contacted them multiple times, somehow no one I need to speak to is ever there, and I never get a call back. They were actually on the side of the road working. Do you think it would be worth taking them to small claims for $500? How much does that cost?
