DVD Burner will not burn without a driver?

I have just replaced the Vista with a XP Pro on my new pc. When I am gonna burn some media, it keeps telling me that required driver is missing, can't continue. I went to the manufacturer's website and download the drive file but I am unsure of what to do now?

Any idea about this?
