Dvd.co.uk just sent me a wine voucher with my replacement Blu-Ray?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this!

Recently I bought Planet Earth (Blu-Ray) on dvd.co.uk for £37.50 but found that it didn't work so I sent it back for a (supposedy free) replacement, today I received the replacement along with a £40 wine voucher and an invoice (might the invoice be the original one I sent back?).

Is it possible they double charged me and sent the voucher as compensation, should I contact them about it?

Any help is much appreciated,

Niall

If they charged you twice, they won't try and send you a wine voucher instead of your refund. Check your credit card bill when you get it but I reckon it will be fine, these places do replacements all the time.

The wine voucher might just be one of those advertising leaflets? Amazon and HMV and Play send them out all the time, from Virgin Wines in particular. They *appear* to be offering you a lot of free wine but by the time you read the smaller print you realise that you still have to pay a fair amount of money before you get your crate.

The same thing happens with VistaPrint. When I get a CD in the post it almost always comes with a "free postcards!" leaflet- the postcards are free, but I'd have to pay for postage, so not totally free.
