DVD-RW disc storage problems help?

ok so I brought these discs and am having problems with storing stuff on them. It says that its size is 4.7GB and I have added one video which is 3.66 MB and have tried and to add more but it is saying that there is not enough space. I'm confused can someone please help me.

Don't know if it makes any difference but I am using a Mac.
 
It depends on how you did the video burn.
You probably set it to finalise the disk so you cannot burn any more onto it.
 
well either there is not enough space left for what your wanting to burn.or you have finalised the disk,you can Always unfinalise it,i have done so in the past
