DVD Subtitle (deleting & importing/ just adding new ones as a 2nd language)?

I have a DVD i bought from the store a while back, its NTSC but it is not an english movie, it is an asian movie. So the shop seller had subtitles on it but i found subtitles online which were much better and easier to understand. How can i delete the movie's old subtitles and add new ones?
