I had my ear lobes pierced 3 weeks ago, and they are still swollen. There's no pus or anything and i thought i was allergic to the cleaning solution as the skin around my ears had dried and started peeling.
I thought it would be better for my ears to switch to putting in sleepers to allow them to 'breathe' a bit more as the studs were really sticking into my ear. Anyway, as I was doing this i suddenly felt really sick, dizzy etc like i was going to faint. It's gone off now, but I still feel quite odd. I had my ears pierced last summer but had to take them out after the first week because my earlobes swelled up so much they enveloped the stud. Could I be allergic to the metal? The earrings are gold.
